Head Fiction Editor
Gabrielle Casey
Gabrielle Casey is a senior from Princeton, WV. She's majoring in Psychology with two minors in English and Creative Writing. She enjoys writing dystopian fiction and considers herself to be an occasional poet. Her work has been featured in previous editions of Et Cetera, and she received a 3rd Place Maier Award for her poem entitled "Coyote Cry". Gabrielle hopes to start her master's degree at Marshall University in the spring.

Abigail Grim
Abby Grim is majoring in Creative Writing at Marshall University. Additionally, she is pursuing minors in both Psychology and Women & Gender Studies. Her favorite genre to both read and write in is fiction. She is looking forward to working as a staff member for Et Cetera this year.

Jaden Ellison
Jaden Ellison is a Creative Writing student at Marshall University. After graduating, they hope to achieve an MFA, and become an English professor. They have received various awards in Poetry and Creative Nonfiction, but enjoy all types of writing.

Nadia Legros
Nadia Legros is a senior at Marshall University. She is both a poet and a screenwriter and has plans to pursue an MFA degree. She is a 2023 winner of the New Works Film Festival and has also received a Maier Award for her poetry.

Trinity Rollins
Trinity Rollins is a junior at Marshall University. She is pursuing a BA degree with a major in Video Production and a minor in Studio Art. Rollins considers herself a jack of all trades, enjoying mediums such as creative writing, video, photography, and more. She has had multiple works of photography featured in Et Cetera (“Kaleidoscope Mind,” 2022, “The Cyclist” and “Velvet,” 2023), as well as a hybrid work (“Empty, Except for…” 2022).

Managing Editor
Ivy Scoville
Ivy Scoville, originally from Harrisville, West Virginia, is graduate student in Marshall's English MA program focusing on the gothic mode and horror media. She has obtained BA degrees in English and Anthropology from Marshall, and she's had both creative and academic work appear in Et Cetera (2020) and Critical Pedagogy, Race, and Media: Diversity and Inclusion in Higher Education Teaching (2022).

Poetry Editor
Grace Simpson
Grace Simpson is a graduate student at Marshall University. She is part of the criminal justice program and is currently conducting research throughout Appalachia. She has a BA degree in criminal justice, and a double-minor in English and Legal Environment. Despite her criminal justice background, much of her education has consisted of creative writing. Simpson first became interested in creative writing through her English 360 class and has remained enthralled by it ever since.

Creative Nonfiction Editor
Zac Thabet
Zac Thabet is a queer, Appalachian writer whose work has appeared in a several editions of Et Cetera Literary Magazine (2019-2021) and is set to appear in two upcoming anthologies. They currently reside in Huntington, West Virginia. Although they specialize in creative nonfiction, they find joy in writing all forms of creative work.
